Return & Refund Policy (EN)

Return window:
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item.

Return conditions:
The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return:
First, email us at mossjewelery@gmail.com.
Return address (after confirmation):
Feneryolu Mah. Göktepe Sok., Doğapark Apt. No:5, B Blok, D:28, Kat:7
If your return is approved, please ship the item using the Turkish postal service (PTT).
We cover the return shipping cost when the package is sent via PTT.
Important: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions — non-returnable items:

  • Earrings

  • Custom and personalized items (e.g., made-to-order)

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is confirmed, place a new order for the desired item.

14-day right of withdrawal for EU countries:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The same conditions apply: the item must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at drabkova.ks@icloud.com.

İade süresi:
Ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

İade koşulları:
Ürün, size ulaştığı haliyle olmalıdır: kullanılmamış, takılmamış, etiketleri üzerinde ve orijinal ambalajında.

İadeniz onaylanırsa, ürünü yalnızca PTT kargo ile gönderin – kargo ücreti tarafımızdan karşılanır.
Önemli: Önceden iade talebi oluşturmadan gönderilen ürünler kabul edilmez.

Hasarlar ve sorunlar:
Siparişi teslim alır almaz kontrol edin. Ürün kusurlu, hasarlı geldiyse veya yanlış ürün gönderildiyse, durumu değerlendirebilmemiz ve çözüm bulabilmemiz için derhal bizimle iletişime geçin.

İstisnalar – iadesi mümkün olmayan ürünler:

  • Küpeler

  • Özel ve kişiselleştirilmiş ürünler (ör. özel siparişle yapılanlar)

Değişim:
En hızlı değişim yöntemi: Ürünü iade edin ve iade onayından sonra ihtiyacınız olan ürün için yeni bir sipariş oluşturun.

AB ülkeleri için 14 günlük cayma hakkı:
Avrupa Birliği’ne gönderilen siparişlerde, 14 gün içinde hiçbir gerekçe göstermeden siparişi iptal etme veya ürünü iade etme hakkınız vardır. Koşullar aynıdır: ürün kullanılmamış olmalı, etiketleri üzerinde, orijinal ambalajında ve fiş veya satın alma kanıtı ile birlikte olmalıdır.

Geri ödemeler:
İadenizi teslim alıp inceledikten sonra onay/ret durumunu size bildiririz. İade onaylanırsa, tutar 10 iş günü içinde orijinal ödeme yöntemine otomatik olarak iade edilir. Bankanızın veya ödeme sağlayıcınızın işlemi tamamlaması için ek süre gerekebilir. İade onayından sonra 15 iş gününden fazla geçtiyse, lütfen drabkova.ks@icloud.com adresinden bizimle iletişime geçin.
